The debut model, a crossover SUV, is set to replace the iX3 and will feature BMW’s bold new design language. Signature elements such as the shark-nose front and an interior powered by the next-generation iDrive system highlight the forward-thinking approach of this lineup.

The Neue Klasse platform also introduces BMW’s Gen6 battery technology, which uses high-energy-density round cells. These batteries are expected to deliver up to 500 miles of range under ideal conditions, along with a 30% increase in charging speed and overall efficiency improvements.
